Jonathan Faneytt, better known as BigBop, is a talented artist based out of Queens, New York. he started doing music at the age of 9 when he was inspired by his older brother who rapped for BigBop’s whole childhood. Listening to his brother make music helped him to develop an ear for music and beats. Throughout his life he has had to make a lot of sacrifices, go through a lot of trial and error, and learn how to work with people. His biggest challenge was doing 5 years in prison and having to face the consequences of his actions. However, he took this time behind bars to better himself as a person and an artist. This is where his mind expanded and attained knowledge that he needed to level himself up. BigBop is currently signed to his own company called WavyWorld. His inspirations for his music range from Lil Wayne to Justin Bieber and from Sublime to Subtronics. He likes to take in lots of different sounds, brands, beats, and knowledge to form his own unique and powerful sound. When listening to his music he wants his fans to take the energy he gives out and use it as motivation in their own lives. He wants his fans to not be afraid if they feel lonely and be able to overcome any obstacles in their way just as he did. BigBop has a big year ahead of him starting with the drop of “Only Know” coming soon. He also has visuals such as his music video for ‘Like My Bop” being released this year. BigBop has a lot in store for his fans and they will be sure to be blown away.
